Have you ever thought about how doorknobs and musical instruments and other shiny things are shiny? It's really interesting! They are made of a special kind of metal known as brass. The only metal that is unique and formed with two different metals is brass. They mix together through a process is called the brass process, producing the shiny metal we are familiar with in many items.
One of the new materials we created is brass, the metal used to manufacture a lot of different things we see and touch on a daily basis. Brass is made by heating copper and zinc together. This mixing takes place in a large oven known as a furnace. Inside the furnace, temperatures reach such extremes that metals melt and fuse. The copper and zinc harmonize when melted, resulting in a shiny liquid. This is key — enabling the two metals to fuse into a new single material. Then, it is poured into molds, which are the shapes the mixture takes after it has been completely melted. Molds are big tools that hold the brass to shape it.
After the molten brass has cooled and solidified, it is removed from the molds. Now that we have our brass, it has to be formed into the tools we apply in our daily lives. These include things like doorknobs, musical instruments, jewelry, and a whole host of other things! To make the brass, machines are used to cut and shape the metal according to desired shapes. These machines are highly accurate, which leads to products with nice appearance and high performance. The other very interesting step in the process is when you have to polish brass after its manufacturing and shaping into various items. Polishing is a process where brass is buffed and cleaned to a shiny mucus finish. You see how shinny it looks, this is what makes the brass beautiful!
And that brass can also be used to make beautiful art? Artists work brass into sculptures and other decorative items. The process through which they produce these artistic things is often called the artistic process. This creative process is very unique as it consists of applying various instruments to modify the brass and is really nice in appearance. But artists are very creative, and they can make masterpieces, from small pieces of brass that you like to watch.
brass parts combine copper and zinc process and form a shiny look metal which is useful for different part. Comprising everything from ordinary things like doorknobs to exquisite statues, brass spans many spheres of our existence. Brass is made by melting up metals in a blast furnace and shaping them into objects we use or enjoy. From this artistic process, we can generate not only functional objects but beautiful works of art as well. Brass is a multi-functional metal that best demonstrates how great and useful it can be both practically and artistically. It is a really amazing material!
Complete quality control is achieved by full involvement. From the initial quality prevention to the final product, there is a rigorous quality process. Testing of products is split into test of raw materials, process testing and testing for final products. The equipment used for testing is extremely comprehensive. It comprises brass process, altimeters, projectors and hardness testers, spectrometers and more. We collaborate with a range of foreign and domestic-funded companies. The company has also been through their various audits.
We have more than 14 years of experience processing and brass process machine tools, like CNC milling, CNC turning grinding machine, EDM wire cutting etc. Multi-process equipment is our forte.
Our brass process is supported by experienced designers. Our designers have experience in the field of mechanical design. Some have over 20 years of experience in design. They have worked on process improvement and fixtures, as well as equipment design and much more.
We have a highly skilled purchasing team as well as a vast inventory of suppliers for standard parts. We also brass process heat and surface treatments.
